Maitland’s portfolio administration service is run off InvestOne, a global, real-time straight through processing solution currently utilised by over 175 mutual fund groups, 16 of the top US Banks and 11 of the top 50 world banking companies.

Front office services include the provision of another SunGard system, Decalog which covers portfolio modeling, order generation, mandate, regulatory compliance and order management.

All systems are integrated into a reporting warehouse which produces and disseminates a comprehensive set of reports and extracts. The administration platform is linked to SWIFT and utilizes automated reconciliation tools for controlling and managing data.

On the investor services side, Maitland provides an integrated, stable and robust platform that includes the primary client ledger application, workflow, imaging, a transaction reconciliation engine, data warehousing, online web access and offsite disaster recovery.
